May I cancel my order?​

Preorders & backorders that have not been shipped can be cancelled

How much does shipping cost?​

  • Standard US Shipping: free

    • (3-5 Business days)

  • Minor Outlying Islands: Cost: $15 

    • (4-8 Business days)

May I ship to multiple Addresses?

Merchandise can only be shipped to one address per order. For multiple

addresses, place a separate order for each address.

Can I modify my shipping address?

To modify your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. Once

shipped, shipping information cannot be modified.

Orders acquired via PayPal may not be modified once submitted.

Are delivery charges refundable?

Shipping charges at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

How do I exchange an item I purchased online?

Exchanges are not offered for returned merchandise. We suggest you return

the item you wish to exchange for a refund and place a new order. New orders

are subject to merchandise availability.

Return policy

Products must returned by mail within 5 days, from the date of delivery. Returned merchandise will not be accepted for a refund, if the merchandise has been worn, used, altered or damaged; must be in original condition with tags attached. Made to order items cannot be returned.
